I switched from telefort to Kpn in December 2019. But I mentioned that I wanted to keep my previous number (*******). But lately I received an email from Kpn. It said that you have canceled my number porting request because I didn’t give additional information you requested. Could you please let me know how to keep my previous number. I don’t want to use this new number (********). Thank you so much!

I understand that you wanted to keep the number, and that this did not happen. I immediately added your details, and I see that we have tried to reach you on this from 2 January. We have sent several text messages and e-mails, to get an agreement on the order with number retention. The last one was on January 7 with the following message: 

SMS YES to 6688
We have not yet received an SMS from you. SMS YES to 6688 to confirm your request and start your transfer request. Do this within 3 working days.

We have not received a response from you, so the order has been processed with a new number. 

What was your previous provider with the number that ends in 89?

I don't know if I can fix this, but I'm going to try!
