I was previously on Telfort SIM + Home internet package and eventually moved to KPN.

The thing is I had previously around 12 GB of data per month for my mobile phone, but now it is decreasing. Last month I had 9 GB available, and this month I have only 6.

Why does it happen? What can I do to stop this trend?

What kind of subscription do you have? You can find this in your mail or by making/loggin in you KPN id.

Maybe I can give you a bit more pre-history. In Telfort whatever was unused from previous month was added to your next month. Hence, for me the amount of traffic was always growing, as I did not use it fully.

Once I was migrated to KPN, the number seemed to be constant till recent times.
