Tried multiple times on/off the phone, also resetting network

If the subscription and phone are in name of your company the quickest way to get help is by calling our customer service for businesses on 0800-0403

If you're an employee of a larger corporation they will have a dedicated person/desk for this. 

If you have a consumer subscription on a company phone the quickest way to get help is by calling our customer service for consumers on 0800-0402
