Since I changed my individual plan to a bundle with my girlfriend, my mobile does not connect to the 5G network anymore, and the internet speed was affected drastically.

Why does it happen?

I changed no settings on the phone.

What's the status right now, did anything change or still facing the same problem? Did you already restarted your phone by switching it off and on? That way your mobile phone will rebuild the connection and in most cases that should do the trick! Can you let us know if the problem was solved by this? If not, we will look furher for a solution!

Still facing the same issue. It has been months now.

Tried restarting, switch on and off, airplane mode on and off... No change.
