Trying to activate the KPN multisim on my iPhone Xr for my iWatch which has the option to use a multisim, but get the error message:

{“message”:””,”errors”:null,”code”:”OPERATION_FAILED”,”error_code”:null,”key”:null}

My subscription is via my work (Zakelijk). Is there an option that has to be activated in order to use the multisim with my iWatch?

No, unfortunately it’s still not working. Just sent an email to our company (zakkelijk) support email address. Hopefully it’s an option that has to be activated so that we can select it per employee.
