Hi there,

 

On May 13 2020 I went to one of your stores and requested a cancellation of the contract on one of my mobile phone numbers as I was not using it anymore, they confirmed that was going to happen. Unfortunately I only realized now that this never happened and I kept paying for all these months, without using that number at all. I called your client service and they said not it’s going to be cancelled.

 

How can I file an official complaint and ask for a refund for the months I kept paying because my request was not fullfilled?

Hello @Ale Tomasi! I am sorry to read that my colleagues did not cancel your contract when you requested. I definitely understand you would like to be reimbursed. I'd advise you to file a complaint via our website. My colleagues can investigate where this went wrong and if a reimbursement is in order.
