Today, I ordered an iPhone 14 PRO with a new sim and I received 2 emails confirming my order and each one of them shows a different order number. I only need one order and I want to be sure that it’s not 2 orders. Could you please help me solving this issue? I tried to call 08000402 but no one is picking up

I do need to ask you, however, to call 0800-0402. This is the best way to cancel the contract.
Another way is to reject the phone at the moment of delivery. When the courier comes to your house you can tell them that you refuse to accept the phone. After this it takes a couple of days for the phone to be registered as returned. After which the order is fully cancelled.Â
But as I said before calling 0800-0402 is the best way to cancel.Â
