Hi, I need a replacement SIM card as I lost my iphone today, Tuesday, 2 May 2023. I tried calling KPN Customer Service and I waited 12 minutes to speak to someone. They immediately ended the call when I asked if they spoke English!!! Please advise me how I can cancel and request a replacement SIM card. Thank you.

Hi @Valoche, welcome! Very strange that my colleague didn't want to help you, thats not how it's supposed to be! Having said that: did you already arrange a new simcard? You can get one in a KPN store (with your identification) or via MijnKPN. If that's both not possible, then you should try to give us a call again tomorrow after 9 A.M.Â
