My sim transfer from my previous provider was supposed to take effect today between 11am to 4pm. My old sim is no longer active, but my sim card is still not activated. I have tried to activate the sim via the website, but I keep getting this error message:

 

 

Hi @scrstbl! Welcome to the forum. Have you managed to activate the sim? If not, would you please fill out your profile? That way I can access your data and see what the delay is. 

Or, in cases where speed is of the essence, please call 0800-0402. That way an employee can help you directly while on the phone. 

 


@scrstbl I see that you've filled out your profile. My apologies for coming back to you so late. We don't get an automatic message when your profile is updated. In Dutch I usually ask to also send a message in the topic when that is done. I see I've neglected that here.
