New sim locked and PUK code not working

Hallo, I received my KPN sim card recently, with number transfer from different provide.

Today is the 1st day of my contract. I have put the sim into my iPhone and it says SIM locked.

I tried to fill in the PUK code. 3 times…

(I used PUK code from the letter) and I also checked PUK code here on the web site (it is the same).

I have 2 attempts left.

I am confused, what should I do ?

Did you not use the SIM PIN code? The standard PIN code of a KPN SIM card is 0000 (4 zeros)
