No mobile phone signal in Switzerland

Hello everyone,

Currently, I am in Switzerland and I paid my invoice but I lost signal. What should I do? I can’t contact KPN through mobile services, the chat is also not working.

Hi terziev, welcome on our board. 

Do you have a connection with a netwerok there? Could you also try to manually select another network and try them all? And just to be sure, is the roaming option turned on on your phpne?
