Woke up this morning and noticed there is no number attached to my e-sim. Reinstalled e-sim via the app and everything installed fine. But no number is attached to the e-sim. On my iPhone when I go to my number, it is blank. When I look at e-sim in settings it says primary no number. It was working fine a few days ago. Now it is not.

That is odd. 😕 Are you able to call others, and are they able to call you? Or is there no connection? 

Just to be sure, could you walk through the steps of installing your KPN e-sim again? I've put the page through Google Translate for you so it should be in English. 

If that's not working either, then your best next step is to go to one of our KPN store locations. My colleague there can look through your phone with you and activate your e-sim. Hopefully it's solved quickly then!Â
