Not able to order a mobile contract with phone

Dear All,

 

I tried orderering Mobile phone and Sim , After completion of the full process it says we cannot place the order . I went to store also they also not able to solve the Issue 

Not sure to whom to contact . I need mobile with subscription immediately . Already I’m having the Subscription for Internet ( KPN ) at home

Hi @Satish, welcome to our forum! The shop should definitely be the easiest way to place an order. Did they tell you why they couldnt help you place the order?

I bought my phone with subscription (kpn) in another phone store then kpn. Optie #1/Phones.

But you can also go to Mediamarkt, Coolblue, etc.

I bought it without a loan. Maybe that's the problem now? That the loan is not accepted?
