I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy A53 on 16/08/22 and have not received a confirmation order (and didn’t save the confirmation page) but the transaction has been processed. Can you resend it please so I can track the delivery?

We aren't as quick as we usually are, it's busy because of the vacation period. Did you receive the confirmation in the meantime? Sometimes it can take a little while because your order has to be processed. If you have an ordernumber. you can check your order in Mijn Bestelling. If something isn't right about your order, I'd advice you to call with our customerservice. You can reach them on the free telephonenumber 0800-0402. That way my colleague can do the needed verification and will help you right away.
