Hi there, 

Last Thursday I got a new phone with subscription from KPN. I requested to get my phone number ported to KPN (from a Lebara prepaid card) and the employee in the shop said it can be easily arranged and I will receive a text message about it. Since then I have received no text message and I was told I can’t use my new KPN subscription until the number porting is finished, which I find very annoying since I need to use my phone for work. There is no clarity if the process even started and if I still have to do something on my side, I would really appreciate any help on your side to figure out when the number will be ported.
