Nummer van de klantenservice werkt niet

Hello,

I’m trying to call to customer service by 0800-0402 or 1200, and after it says that the call is being recorded for better service (on Dutch of course), then the call is ended.

How can I reach an operator to talk (about new subscription plan ) ?

Hi @Mar_ina! If you’re in The Netherlands, 0800-0402 should work. If you’re abroad, we’re available through +316 1200 1200. Could you check to see if that works? 

You can reach us between 8:00 - 18:00 on business days and between 8:00 - 17:00 on Saturdays. Hopefully you'll be able to get in touch with us this way!

Ah yes, issue was with my phone. All calls ended in 10 sec 😅
restart, and now I can call.
