I tried to upgrade my phone via mijnkpn app but the order seems to have disappeared. I have had no confirmation email, but I don’t want to risk going through the process again in case I am charged twice.

Welcome to our forum @napper! Paying twice certainly isn't good! So let's find out what happened. Could you let me know if you paid a one time fee? Also could you let me know which phone you chose? 

Also if you did pay and the order was cancelled, we normally refund the money automatically after a couple of weekdays. Seeing as it's a couple days after your post, has the money been refunded if you did pay?
