Trying to order Sim card for 6 weeks now, already a customer for internet and TV. What is wrong with this company??? Can not reach customer service, order is being rejected. Do i have to cancel all subscriptions to get attention?

Hi @Jev S and welcome to our forum! If you’re just swapping your old simcard for a new one, then that shouldn't be rejected. If you’re ordering a new subscription and that's being rejected, then the e-mail you receive should specify what the follow up steps are. If that's not clear from the e-mail I suggest calling our department in charge of accepting new subscriptions. They’re available on 088-8489464 on workdays between 9:00 - 17:00!
