hi, I ordered an e-SIM yesterday. I activated it last night. But today, when entering for the activate number from the app or the internet, it gives the error "(we herkennen dit nummer niet. heb je nummerbehoud aangevraagd? dan kan je je nummer pas koppelen vanaf de overstapdatum.)". does not identify the number. What can I do?

Hi @kudyy . Did you come from another provider?  And do you want to take the number with you to KPN?

If so, what is the porterings date?
