I wanted to move to KPN from Lycamobile. It is all started on December 12. First date was 16/12. I couldn't activate my KPN sim card online- because the system didn't recognize my data. Okay. I called to support. They all were honestly trying hard to help. But the date of my transfer was kept changing. From 16/12 to20/12, then to 30/12, to 19/12, to 27/12. I'm 100% sure it will never stop. Someone from the support team told me that it is Lyca's fault, they don't let that transfer happen. I called to Lyca and got the answer that the problem is on the KPN side, that I can go with my number to any provider any time, and I don't have any running contract with them now. Yesterday I've got a new email from KPN saying that Overstapdatum gewijzigd. Op 3 januari 2025 zetten we je mobiele nummer over. Again!!! No one can help me. I was even in a KPN winkel as advised from the support. It is all the same. Best advice was I should keep waiting for the date of the transfer, but this date will never come, the date is keep moving away! I can not say anything bad about people who work in the support team. But the situation is horrible and frustrating. I'm afraid to call to the support because I'm not able to talk calmly anymore((
