Hello. Yesterday I renewed my subscription choosing also an smartphone OnePlus 12. Today I got the message "the device is not in stock". The time that I'm writing this topic the device is still available on website guys. So can you give me an ETA when I'm gonna receive the device? From tomorrow I have no more phone and I really need it, thinking that you gonna deliver it in time.

Hi ​@Cristianx3! I'm sorry to hear the phone wasn't in supply after all. Apologies for the inconvenience. 

The information on our website should be up to date, so this is feedback I'll forward to our website department. 
If I check the site now, it says the OnePlus 12 is available as well. Which is odd when you’ve been told that it isn't. 

If I check our availability it says it's available now in our systems as well, so it should be available for delivery.
If you haven't done so yet, could you check your order tracking? Does it now show when the phone will arrive?
