I ordered a phone last night and 3 mins later I got a confirmation email said I have paid the bill. But 15 mins later, I got a cancle confirmation email said my order is cancled, and I didn’t get my money back. Why would that happen and when I can get my money back?

Welcome to our forum @Slkeyo1! I can't speculate on the reason of the cancellation. Normally however, if an order is cancelled we would normally return any amount you paid towards a good you have not received within a number of weekdays. In this case I expect the same to happen. If you would like me to check in our systems I would like to ask you to please fill out your profile. Please give me an update here when you have done so and I can see what I can find in our systems.Â
