my phone has been stolen and I already blocked the sim card. If I go to the KPN store, will it then be possible to directly get a new Sim card or would that be sent to the adress I in the system (where I no longer live...)?
Can I get a new sim card on the same number as the old one?

If the number is registered to you or your company and you are an official contact person of the company then it is *possible to get an new sim at the store.
*there is an exception for KPN EEN Grootzakelijk (big business)

If your old address is still registered with us the physical shop might be the best option indeed.
With getting a new simcard you'll be able to keep your phone number.
As Ik_Hussel mentions above, if it's a (big) business subscription you might have to take this up with your employer instead of one of our shops.
