Hi my phone is stolen in Barcelona and I need to block the sim, but I am not able to as it is dead.

let me know what you need to block my sim.

This forum is not the best way to do this, there are no KPN employees active around this time, you should block it as soon as possible.

You can block it in MijnKPN, see this page: https://www.kpn.com/service/mobiel/verlies-diefstal.htm#/

Or call +31 6 1200 1200 it's available 24/7.
