Portdate mobile number different then the startdate of my contract

Hi,

My phone number is ported to KPN on 06/10/2023, but on the email it says that my contract starts on 01/11/2023 which means I have no connection during that period of time. Can the contract start on the day my number is ported instead?

Hello @geraldochr, the contract startdatechanged into the portdate. So that the transfer to KPN is provided with no connection lost.

Hey @geraldochr, the contract should start when your phone number has been ported.

on the page mijnbestelling.kpn.com you can see the porting date and contract date.
