Hi,

 

My phone number is ported to KPN on 06/10/2023, but on the email it says that my contract starts on 01/11/2023 which means I have no connection during that period of time. Can the contract start on the day my number is ported instead?

Hey @geraldochr, the contract should start when your phone number has been ported. 

on the page mijnbestelling.kpn.com you can see the porting date and contract date. 

i would also like to advise you to fill in your Forum profile so that if a moderator takes a look they will have the right information to help you.


Hello @geraldochr, the contract startdate changed into the portdate. So that the transfer to KPN is provided with no connection lost.
