Hello, basically I ordered new SIM card. It came by courrier he did some sort of verification process. I put it in my phone. It asked me for pin oke oke 0000. And I tried using it. But card has no signal. I also wanted to register it in mijn kpn app but I didn't receive phone number with new card.

I tried almost everything and I'm tired. The last one possible thing that potentially went wrong was that I missclicked stay with same number option during order. And that's why card isn't activated. What should I do guys?

 

PS. I tried calling KPN but it's dutch only ayayayay

What an unpleasant situaton and I can totally understand you want this fixed and be able to use your phone and simcard. The best advice I can give you from here is to visit a KPN shop. They should be able to fix this right away for you. Will you let us know if that worked out for you?
