Hy guys i just order glaxy 5 from kpn store but the problem is i asked her for the plastic sim and i just came back home and its says glaxy flip 5 256gb esim and i told the lady there to put the plastic simĀ  what can i do now i can modify the order or what and i cant go back to store for 2 3 days because am busy .

It seems a mistake was made somewhere as that's obviously not what you ordered! Is it a new subscription or a renewal?

If it's a renewal it doesn't really matter as you can still keep using your old simcard.
If it's a new subscription you might want to request a physical card when the subscription starts. You can do that by phone on 0800-0402 or in a physical shop
