I bought a SIM card in KPN with unlimited data with the only purpose of using the mobile hotspot to have Internet in my laptop for work.

However, when I try to connect to the work VPN, the Internet stop working.

This seems a problem with KPN, because using a different SIM card I don't have any problem.

I tried to contact the customer service but they didn't offer me any solution.

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.

 

Hi @asdada,

I'd advise you to change the APN to ‘portalmmm.nl’, this has solved issues with VPN for other users. You can find the APN with the internet settings in the menu of your phone.
