My most recent and final invoice shows a refund due back to me.  I have since moved out of the country and closed my bank account.  How can I get the refund?

    This will be a challenge. Without a bank account this will not be possible, so I'm afraid that you will be losing that amount. You don't have any bank account whatsoever?
