Reimbursement after cancellation

Hello, 

I cancelled my subscription on 14/12/2020  on 13/11/2020 and i have been charged for the subscription from 11/12/2020 to 10/01/2021. The customer service told me i will be reimbursed of the amount from 14/12/2020 to 10/01/2021 but i didn't receive any reimbursement on my bank account yet. When will i receive the reimbursement? Thank you.

Hello @CBOSCHER, thank you for your message. I understand you have cancelled your subscription. It is correct that you have paid for a full month with the latest invoice, despite the cancellation. At KPN, you always pay for your subscription in advance. Our system does not check behorehand if there's a cancellation in the future. But no worries, you don't have to pay for something you don't use anymore. In the month following the cancellation, you will receive a final invoice. You can find the reimbursement for the days you did no longer have a subscription with us on this invoice. I expect you will receive the invoice around January 11.
