I received my new SIM today by courier, I have activated it but it does not seem to be working? I’ve switched over from prepaid KPN to contract and kept the same number.

Please advise?

Too bad your simcard isn't working. Hopefullit does already. If not, fastest way is too call 0800-0402. My colleague can check the status and take action if needed.
