SIM activation

Hello,

I got a SIM card with a subscription from my company but I am not able to activate it via the options on kpn.com/nieuwesim

 

what can I do?

Hi @klon91

Thank you for adding your adres. When I take a peek at your adres I see multiple orders on your adres for the same phone number. I think it's easier for you if you call our help-desk via 0800-0402. Since the issue involves private information that's not suitable to be discussed on a public forum.
