Hi,

I have the followign alert on my Samsung: SIM Card Locked.  Enter PUK  

I then am instructed to link my product on my MijnKPN Account but it sends the message to my Dutch Mobile Phone that is Locked!  Clearly this process does not work.  

Why can’t message be sent to my email?  What is alternative way forward?

You normally can find your PUK-code in MijnKPN, but for that you should have linked your mobile to your account before! As you’ve noticed it’s too late for that now.

Your alternative is an online form on the KPN website: PUK-code opvragen (request PUK-code)

You’ll need the simcardnumber and (possibly) your corresponding bankaccountnumber for verification

Thanks for reaching out.  Yes, I now see it is too late to link the Samsung Mobile with MijnKPN.  Unfortunately, I did that the SIM out of the Mobile Phone but there is no SIM Card Number shown. 

Is there a HelpDesk at KPN who can assist?

Ah, so possibly the simcard has been cut smaller, to fit in a new phone?

You can phone KPN on 0800 0402. I hope they can help you without simcardnumber.

Is it a subscription or prepaid? They need some kind of verification.
