I stepped over from Vodafone to KPN , I just received a mail saying that my new sim card is arrived and activated. None of this happened. There's no sim card in my inbox and I wonder how could it be activated as I only have the code? Where can I talk to someone?

I just got it sorted on the phone you gave me. I cancelled the old order and created a new one.

Quite interesting that the card was activated but never delivered to my address.
