Hi,
I currently have a KPN sim-only subscription and I’d like to switch to a mobile-phone subscription. on the order form, I have two options, to wait until my current contract ends, or choose an expedited option which costs a lump sum. 
I wonder what should I choose? how does the first option work? my end of contract in on next September.

It's possible to break open a sim-only contract if it meets certain criteria.

It must be an original SIM only subscription older than 3 months and no more than 4 months (120 days) before the end of the contract.
It may not be a subscription which previous had a mobile device credit.

Converting a SIM only to a subscription with a mobile device can only be arranged via customer service (0800-0402) or in a KPN store.
If you have the subscription converted, you will receive a new contract with a new term and end date.
