Dear KPN,

I am sorry but my Dutch is not good enough to ask this question, thus please bear with me writing this in English.

 

I have a 2-year mobile contract and it has been almost a year since I entered the contract. My personal situation has recently been changed and I will be outside the Netherlands during 2021 and will be back probably in 2022 (or late 2021). I will be using a local mobile network therefore I will not be using my KPN number during my absence. I am just wondering if I can suspend the contract while I am outside the Netherlands and continue it when I come back.

 

Could you please let me know if it is possible? If it is possible, please advise what implications will be to my contract / payment / etc…

Hello @Hoemin, it is no problem to ask your question in English. 

We do'nt offer the option to suspend the contract for a period of time. I understand that you are not going to emigrate to another country so then is cancelling the contract completely also not an option.
