Unable to send Port number via sms

I took an subscription for KPN yesterday along with new phone.

I unable to send message YES to 6688 with Libra

Error: Sorry, Invalid format. Please try again later.

Today My new phone suppose to deliverĀ

If you did send ā€˜YES’ ,Ā @Siddartha Gantala, then that is the problem. You need to use the Dutch word ā€˜JA’.

HiĀ @Siddartha Gantala, welcome! You're replying to our text message from your old phone with simcard? If so, that should work. Make sure you have enough credit or an active bundle to be able to send the text. If it still doesn't work, contact Libra. Perhaps they need to change a network setting to enable you to send texts to short codes.
