Make sure you have enough credit or an active bundle to be able to send the text. If it still doesn't work, contact Libra. Perhaps they need to change a network setting to enable you to send texts to short codes.

Did you send “YES” to 6688 or did you send “JA” to 6688?

If you did send ‘YES’ , @Siddartha Gantala, then that is the problem. You need to use the Dutch word ‘JA’.
