About a month ago i visited a kpn store in order to make a contract with KPN.
The reason was that i wanted to have free phone calls in the USA.
I specifically asked the employee if the subscription has free calls to the US and she confirmed it
Now i received the bill and i have to pay for all the calls that i made
Can someone assist me with this matter?Â
I find it unfair for me to pay this amount since the problem is from your employee and the false information provided...
