About a month ago i visited a kpn store in order to make a contract with KPN.
The reason was that i wanted to have free phone calls in the USA.
I specifically asked the employee if the subscription has free calls to the US and she confirmed it
Now i received the bill and i have to pay for all the calls that i made
Can someone assist me with this matter?Â
I find it unfair for me to pay this amount since the problem is from your employee and the false information provided...

I'm sorry to hear you have been misinformed, while calls within the EU are free, calls to other countries are not. The costs depend on the country and can be found on this page, this page has also been specified in your contract. For the USA the price is 30 cents a minute. My tip is to call with Whatsapp or Facetime as those services do allow you to make calls to the USA for free, especially if you are using Wifi.
