Using iPhone 12 (Subscription) with sim from another operator

Is it possible to use a sim from another operator (eg. T-Mobile) on a iPhone 12 under contract (24 months) with KPN?

Mobile phones are not sim-locked nowadays, so it will work with a simcard from any provider.

Edit: Keep in mind that your obligations under the KPN subscription will continue .
