Hello, I will be staying in Luxembourg for long duration. Will I incur significant charges if I use my Netherlands sim in Luxembourg for data and calls for a long time? I will not be back in Netherlands for at least 6 months

Welcome to the KPN Forum. Don't Worry! Due to EU-regulations, you can use your Dutch KPN data plan in Luxembourg in the same way as you would use it in The Netherlands without any extra charge. 

However, if you use your KPN data plan on more days in other parts of the EU than in The Netherlands for a period of 4 months consecutively, KPN might ask you for proof that you still have a lasting bond with The Netherlands. When that happens KPN will then reach out to you. If you cannot provide adeqaute proof, KPN will have to charge you a premium.
