Thank you for the reply. I see indeed this price here Kpn.com/buitenland , but it only details within EU, meaning EU to EU, and outside EU, meaning from outside EU towards everywhere, but no EU towards rest of the world, therefore my question.

Sending a sms from the Netherlands within your tarif of the provider/subscription (bundel). The receiver has no costs.
Sending from outside EU usually 30 cents per 160 positions for the person outside the EU (with a Dutch/EU subscription).
