Hi! I wanted to know how I can report a broken modem. I called the customer service, but according to their system, the address I gave them is not registered. I'm attaching pictures for reference.

 

There must be an adress with your subscription. 

What's the problem with the v10? And do you have copper or fiber?


I don't know what kind of modem is that. The issue is that there is a red light on the modem and no internet even after resetting it.

Do you have copper (DSL) of fiber (FttH) ?

I think it's copper (DSL).

This can not be resolved via the forum (kpn moderator). For an interruption of service you can only call the customer service. Via 0800-0402 .

Check for interruption of services in your area. If it's a bigger malfunction you can find it there on postcode. http://kpn.com/storing .
