Constantly receiving e-mails to return my modem

Dear KPN you’re constantly sending me emails to return my modem - I have nothing to return as I only have one modem in my household plus a thingy attached to the wall for the fiber net.

you sent me a box for return - previously a few months ago when you sent me another modem, I already did sent it back.

kindly stopp sending me emails and packages asking for a return of apparatus or else how am I going to use the ethernet and wifi?
