Genexis gigabit doesnt work correctly

Hallo,

All the lamps except the first one are not flashing. Only the first top is flashing but it's almost invisible.

Is it possible to provide any instructions how to fix the problem and if its necessary to arrange an appointment?

Do I understand correctly that you don't have any service? Are you a new customer? Did you receive an e-mail that your connection is ready for service?
