I am receiving reminders over the last month to return my modem (as I moved and a new modem was installed at the new house). However, during the last visit (April 3, 2024) the technician took the old modem. This was over a month ago and I am still getting reminders. Can you please advise what I should do. 

Hello @Return of Modem, if the technician took the old equipment with him, it is impossible for you to send it back. Can you fill in your forum profile? That way i can create a note, that your old modem is already been taken back by the technician. 


I already spoke to a customer service representative two days ago, who was going to look into the situation so it may already be resolved. I did fill in my forum profile though.
