I live in Zwanenveld. I applied for internet on November 3rd. My subscription started on November 10th. I received an e-mail on November 28th stating that the internet would come, but I still have not received a modem. The people who previously stayed at my house were using Ziggo. I have glass cable in my house. I want my internet to be available as soon as possible, otherwise I want my subscription to be terminated
