Impossible to manage the Wifi of my Box 12

Hi there I have just signed onto KPN internet and the WiFi manager is not working on the app or the website.

 

When I try and log into it using the passwordthat works on mijnmodem.kpn. (which works) It just says opps there seems to be a problem try again later. And then nothing else. Can't log in or actually manage the WiFi through the app.

 

Please help!

Hi @Zachary lewis, welcome to the community. The Wifi Manager on our website does not use the same username and password as the modem does. The Wifi Manager uses the same login information as your MijnKPN (KPN ID). Does it work when you use the correct credentials?
