Internet blijft wegvallen - Connection to the Internet has been terminated

Ik heb weer problemen met de internet, ik heb hier al eens eerder een topic over gestart maar die oplossing was tijdelijk.

Nu check ik de LOGS in mijnmodem.kpn en er blijft er telkens “Connection to the Internet has been terminated. (Reboot,Reconfiguration,forced termination)”/”DNS name resolution failure” tevoorschijn komen.

Wat is hier het probleem? En kan KPN mij AUB helpen dit op te lossen.

Ik ben wordt er een beetje moe van dat om de ~20min mijn internet volledig (bekabeld & wifi) wegvalt. Zoals ik in een eerder topic heb aangegeven heb ik nooit deze problemen gehad met andere providers, alleen met KPN.

Ik heb alleen internet geen TV of telefoon.

Zodra ik kan overstappen ben ik weg bij KPN, ben het echt helemaal beu. Wat een slechte service, niet normaal.

Ik zie dat in je vorige topics het steeds tijdelijk verholpen was met het resetten van het modem, en dat er verder eigenlijk nog niet veel bekend is.

Hoe ziet je netwerk er uit? Heb je naast de Box 12 ook andere apparatuur in je netwerk?

Ook zou ik je verbinding graag willen doormeten.

Zou je daarom je forumprofiel willen invullen en hier een seintje willen geven als dit is gelukt?

Ik heb mijn profiel aangevuld.

Mijn netwerk is alleen de KPN Box 12, direct daarop aangesloten zijn 2 PC's via ethernet en een aantal apparaten via Wi-Fi.

Afgelopen paar dagen weer wat minder maar nu komt er een andere melding tevoorschijn

Als ik een meting uitvoer dan zie ik inderdaad ook wegvallende verbindingen.

Ik heb in dit geval mijn collega's aangestuurd. Zij zullen in eerste instantie contact opnemen en uitzoeken of ze het probleem van afstand kunnen oplossen.
