KPN Box 12 modem power light is blinking

Hi everyone, I am new in this forum. Today my modem is not working. None of the lights on the modem are on and the power light is blinking. Can anyone help me?

Did you already gave the modem a reset?
There's a litte pinhole on the back where you can reset the modem with a paperclip or something else what's sharp and little.

You can call us on 0800 0402 (this is a free of charge number): from Monday till Friday between  8 and 20 en Saturdays between 8 en 17. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. For technical support we are 24/7 available.

Halo, today I also get the same problem, it worked normally yesterday. On the modem none of the light is flashing, only the modem power light

The best for now is calling with 0800-0402.
